Cancellations made prior to July 28, 2026 will receive a 100% refund of the registration fee. If the request is made more than 90 days after purchase, a 10% administrative fee will be charged. Cancellations between July 28 and August 31, 2026 will receive a 50% refund. No registration fees will be refunded after August 31, 2026. Refunds must be requested by email to Mariana Curi (mcuri@icmc.usp.br), with a copy to Vitor Hugo Boraschi (vitor.boraschi@usp.br).
